Air analyses
Air analyses
Measurement of the amount of mould in indoor air with MicroBio air samplers
- particles in air are deposited directly on the agar from inert air stream
- 2% malt extract agar and DG-18 agar is used for mould
- samples are cultivated in a thermal cabinet at a temperature of +25°C for 7 days
- after cultivation, the number of colonies formed in a Petri dish is counted and the amount of microbes per 1 m3 of air is calculated (CFU/m3).
